Having mentioned some of these things, I'm having a hard time locating them.
Are some of these things hard-coded into the game?
Like all the soldier types.
I cant find spaher, tank, sniper, and nor can I find power and observation.
Am I just blind or does the game call them from somewhere else? |

The soldier types stand by the soldier.
power and observation are some preferences at the soldier, you see it under the name and soldier typ. |

erm... Yeah I've found them in the game :)
What I meant is where are they in the language files?
are they like the tips? somewhere only jim can edit? |

The translation into english are doing by Ronny Falkenhan, Katja Sandner and Ken Persson.

Yeah I know they're doing the proper translation. I just want to edit mine so I can read it better / not get angry when i see the word "und" in the middle of playing. :)
Well, it might be und making me angry, or it could be the "one shot one x-force operative down" aliens :(

i think you can edit this when you open the language file with a notepad-editor. i dont now whether that does (or work).
But you can try this. Or send a mail to jimine@web.de she is one of the people who translate the game.
P.S. How is my english? My teacher say it is not so good. |

Yeah, I found the text file ages ago, just things are missing from it.
Your english is pretty decent, I can understand you, so it's good enough.
Even when you get words wrong, or phrase things badly, I can still understand what you're trying to say.
Lets just say that your english is a lot better than my german :) |

Hi there.
The .dat language files needs to be complied into the X-Force game. So you need to speak to the Man ;) (Jim)
But your changes looks better.
The should be incorporated into the game, to make it better :)
