Armor:
Cristal Armor
Chitin Armor
Alien Metal Armor
Synth Muscle Armor
Composite Armor
Anti Gravitation Shield
Bug Mantle - Very Small Bugs which fly around the wearer and throw themself in the way of enemy Laser shots. May be used with Super Computers, Nano Brains or something else.
Phase Shifter - Shifts the Wearer in another Dimension if activated and protects him from harm. "Weights" much, because not much Materia can be shifted in the other dimension because much power is needet to shift Materia. And the Wearer can't move fast or shoot much because he can't really see anything clear.
Convertor Armor - Converts Light (Laser) or anything else (Heat, Kinetic Energy...) into Radioactivity. Can't be selled because it contaminates the environment. The Soldier is healed from his radioactive sickness in the base.

no not realy remember the aliens you fight aganst use organic materials to make weapons and armor. You cant use those materials.But one thing is intrestingwhat is Synth Muscle armor

can u use x script to make other techs fully reschearchd when you complete one tech example the ammo from a weapon is also ready when you complete a weapon.

no need for scripting.
you can see how its done in almost any gameset with most of the weapons:
Set the weapon as a condition for the ammo research and set the ammo research to zero research time.

Yes, it does. It works for everything.

With Synth Muscle Armor I mean Armor which consists of anorganic Muscles which can contract to become harder.

Then i now have modular armor. also you cant make the phase shifter it is not possible. You cant make the soldier les acurate.

No.
In a future version (far into the future) it might be able to simulate something like this by scripting and several other options (throwing a scripted object that gets replaced by a non-moving unit-model), but that wouldn't be the same and will have other problems.

And adding weapon function to sensors isn't easy either so that won't happen.

I don't know yet. Originally I planned for end of january, but recently I got a limited-time-offer with my other project and I need to finish some work for that before I can continue to work with X-Force.
It will probably be mid-feb before the 0.911 gets ready, especially since I want at least one week of internal playtests before releasing it.

Different people use different programs - it doesn't matter as long as you get an BMP out of it.
I've used CampaignCartographer from ProFantasy for the 2D-Buildings, others have used Blender or similar programs for the 3D-Renderings.

Anstieg pro Woche: This is the bonus-money (in %) which you get after a week. Example: In the first week, you get 100 Money, the ApW is 50% so you get 150% of the Money in the next week. And in the third week you get 225.

Sättigung erreicht nach (wochen): This means how long you get the ApW. If you reached the Sättigung after 3 weeks, you only get 225 Money in all the other patent-weeks.
