Some notes:
1) Why aren't new extension translated into english?
2) Some techs are in deutsch... :(
3) What is happening in April? :P |

1. Because no one does it? ;)
The betas arent "official" releases. Its all bug testing. Changes nearly every day, no time for translating. The final V.0.9 should be complete in english.
Gamesets except the standerd are written by other people. They have not translated them for one or the other reason. Mostly because of time. Its hard, hard work to write all in german, test ist, change things, test... I know it. ^^ But my gameset will be in english, too. But when... first I finish german, then I can think about translating.
2. The storywriters are bad boys. Shame on them! :D
Which? I looked in the editor and it seems, all are german+english+spain
Found only UFO Doom is not english.
3. ? Alien Invasion day? What do you mean? |

1. the Problem is, I dont know what you mean. After an update, you dont see them anymore.
But the V.0.9 betaX are only versions with some bugs deleted each, sometimes improved AI. no translation needed there. Latest is the best ^^
"Developer packs" are the editors - gameset, maps and this stuff. I think there are no english versions of the editors... but I dont really know.
2. kick the storywriters *g* they didnt want me, said they are enough. Seems not.
friendly LennStars special: I will take a look and translate what is not. Then I will send it to Jim_Raynor. (And on my webspace) I take it as a little exercise. Reading english is no problem, but writing was years ago in school :D
3. sounds like you did a bad job :( If you take not enough UFOs down, the countries lost their trust in you and give you a "goodbye" - in other words: GAME OVER! Never happened to me...
build new bases und take your fighters to visits on the other side of the globe to spot UFOs where your base can not. |

Sorry, but the problem is much bigger then it looked :(
Because of the 2 entries in V. 0.9 (and not 1 like in 0.845) there is much text that doesnt even exist in german. (mostly science screen) Its to much for me for a short translation ;) Wait for the "official" 0.9 there all the texts should be included. |
