for the 0903 the devpak is avaible in the online updater (config.exe).
But I strongly suggest to switch to the 0910 (editors automatically included) - there are many new features added and the 0910 Alpha-5 is very stable.

If you want an up-to-date editor english translation file to work on gamesets, you should contact me. It's not finished, but at least it's better than trying to do everything within a 100% foreign interface.

the translation file for the editor needs the 0910, it won't work with the editors of the 0903. With the 0910Alpha-5 there was a minor update of the original translation file, but DaFranker's version is even more complete - it just wasn't avaible in time for the Alpha-5 update...

Yeah, that was an organizational error on my part -- I thought my planning was good enough to give me some time to finish hunting the quirks and post up the finished version for A5, but that wasn't taking into consideration the fact that I got horrendously sick, nor the fact that my CPU cooler fan stopped working suddenly. Just a note: don't *ever* try working with a CPU at 113 degrees Celsius. It'll just go boom.

Well I don't know about 113°C, but I once hat an AMD-CPU with a misplaced cooler.
The thing was running for weeks with a normal temperature of over 90°C, what I didnt know then, because I had not PChealth-tool. A friend of mine gave me that tool, when we tried to find out, why my computer was crashing several times a day.
Incredibly the CPU was undamaged after that torture and worked one more year before I bought a better one.
