One of the new features collides with the Windows regional settings, causing the game to crash upon loading if you're living in several specific countries.

The problem is fixed in 0.915b02, but that version will take a short time until it is available.

As a workaround you can change your Windows settings to accept 0,5 instead of 0.5 as a number.
